This notice applies to you when you use the Ingenuity Print ordering app to place a print order, top up a prepaid balance, or check order status.
Phone number — to send a one-time login code and identify your account. Order details — file names, page counts, print options, and price; the files you upload are measured for ink coverage inside your own browser and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers, only the resulting order details are saved. Wallet activity — your prepaid balance and every top-up, order charge, or staff correction affecting it. Login sessions — a session token on your device so you don't re-enter a code every visit.
To let you log in, place orders, track your prepaid balance, and let staff confirm top-ups and fulfill orders. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to any third party.
Our messaging provider, solely to deliver your login code by WhatsApp or SMS; and Shop staff, to serve your order and wallet activity. No one else, except where required by Saudi law.
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may request to see, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our need to keep order and financial records as required by law. Contact the Shop directly to make a request.
Prices shown are estimates until confirmed by staff at pickup, delivery, or the counter. Placing an order charges your prepaid balance immediately; refunds for misprints or errors are handled at the Shop's discretion.

Software: "Ingenuity Print" web application, including its source code, design, pricing engine, and associated documentation (the "Software")
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Ingenuity Printing Solutions ("Licensor") and the individual or business entity activating the Software ("Licensee"). By checking the box below and entering an activation key, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms below.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and Licensee's compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one (1) instance of the Software for Licensee's own internal business operations, for the license period stated in Section 3. This license does not transfer any ownership of the Software. All title, intellectual property rights, and copyright in the Software remain solely with Licensor.
Licensee shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or any part of it; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or pricing logic of the Software, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law; remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; use the Software beyond the license period, device/instance limits, or usage terms specified at activation; or use the Software, or any of its source code, design, or pricing logic, to build a product or service that is eighty-nine percent (89%) or more similar to the Software in feature set, source code, visual design, or pricing methodology.
An initial ten (10) calendar-day evaluation trial may be granted, extendable in ten (10) day increments up to a maximum of three (3) total trial periods (thirty (30) days), at Licensor's discretion. After the trial period(s) expire, continued use requires a paid three-hundred-sixty-five (365) day license, activated by a key issued by Licensor. The Software locks upon expiration of any trial or license period until a valid key is entered. License keys are specific to the licensed instance and must not be shared, published, or transferred to any other party or installation; this is enforced by a one-time-use registry shared across all Ingenuity Print deployments.
License fees, if applicable, are as separately quoted or invoiced by Licensor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as separately agreed in writing.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary pricing methodology.
6.1 If Licensee breaches any restriction in Section 2, or fails to pay applicable fees when due, this Agreement terminates automatically and immediately, without notice. 6.2 For any other breach, Licensor will provide written notice, and Licensee has fifteen (15) calendar days to cure it before termination takes effect. 6.3 Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies. 6.4 Upon expiration, termination, or a legal dispute, Licensee shall, within one (1) calendar month, either settle and pay out all outstanding prepaid customer wallet balances directly, or request a data-export service from Licensor for the unsettled balances, subject to a 299 SAR data-export/wind-down fee.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that pricing calculations will be free of estimation error; final pricing is confirmed by Licensee's staff at the point of service. Accurate, ink-measured pricing is limited to PDF files and supported image formats (JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF); Microsoft Office files are priced using an estimated ink profile and should be converted to PDF for the most accurate pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Licensor's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Licensee in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Standard updates, improvements, and bug fixes released during Licensee's paid term are free of charge; non-standard adjustments or fixes beyond the Software's standard scope may be quoted separately. Support for issues caused by Licensee's own environment, configuration, or misuse is not covered under the standard license fee and will incur additional charges, determined case-by-case.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of the Software outside these terms constitutes copyright infringement under Saudi and applicable international law, and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Software and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements relating to its subject matter.
